Tap an item to open it, then add a comment. It's a little conversation pinned to that item. Good for "get the big bag" or "the one in the blue box."
You both see comments as they're posted, each with who wrote it and when. You can delete your own. Comments don't carry over if you add an item back from the tray, since that's a fresh item.
